I just bought a Spartan a couple weeks ago. My case has a nice base but the top came apart - looks like someone tried to pick it up and it came off by the handle. The machine looks new. The belt, bobbin winder and cord all look new. The base has a few gouges - probably from the foot control rattling around. No light no attachments. Makes a nice stitch. I had to work on the tension just a bit. I've been piecing a quilt for my little man (2 year old GS) it's out of grandpa's old shirts.

I love it and I will say this much you are in the right area for the vintage machines! For some reason you and St Louis are the hot bed for the great deals on machines and you have the greatest variety for them. I think its because lots of folks decided to settle in your area when they were going west and thats where they all came from. Either way you have a wonderful collection and I can not wait to see what is next for you!!

Blackberry, you must be in the right place at the right time, cause I watch CL alot and I never find anything that I'm really looking for at those kind of prices. Keep up the good work.
