Hi quilters, I have a Husgvarna/Viking Desighner 1 with customizing plus software. Recently purchased a new computer w/windows 7 64 bit. the problem is that the dongle for the software will not work now. Has anyone solved this problem? Thanks!!

One of the ladies at our quilt group had the same problem.
I believe that she had to download new drivers for the software. She contacted Husqvarna and they walked her through the process. All is well now. Hope this helps you.
