Default Any new ideas?

I am wondering if any of you have seen or designed any new Christmas ornaments or gift projects you might share here on the board? Thanks in advance for sharing your ideas!

I would like to know. Also, I can make gifts for the girls. But, what about the guys? Any ideas?

I know they are "old fashioned" but my guys like quillows -- I make them in sports themes. (These are quilts that fold into a pillow)

Oh, I just thought of one thing. I am making mini French braids as wall hangings. Start with a 4 1/4 inch fussy cut on point and work from there. Wish I could find the camera to download a pic.

Sandy you are in luck. Twistedstitcher in this very group made some gorgeous ones a couple of years back. If you go into the advanced search and put in the words "Folded Fabric Star Ornaments", there is her post with a picture. It is about the 13th one down the list. I do not know if she designed them herself, but she might have the instructions non the less.

Thank you for all the suggestions. I have made cross-stitch, felt, paper pieced , and beaded ornaments. I did enjoy looking back at the photos of the ornament swaps on the board. Just wondered if anyone had any new ideas for handmade ornaments or gifts. I agree that making for guys is difficult.
