Your quilt turned out great. I love mystery quilts.

Very pretty and soothing looking with your color choices. I have been making lots of scrappy quilts for foster kids. I had a hard time doing scrappies at first. I just put any colors together. Some may not like them but, they will be warm and backs are not pieced. They can be turned over.

I like your quilt better than the picture in the tutorial also. Your quilt looks like it might make a great male quilt. Very nicely done and thanks also for the tips about some of the steps in the pattern.

Great job!! I like your colors and how you changed out the white!
Thanks for the tips for some of the steps in the pattern - I also saved the pattern

Thank you all for your kind words. It was a very quick to put together pattern, if you put the right colors together the first time. I like the idea of a small pop of color. And my DH really liked the finished top.

The tan blocks look like they are floating and give it a 3D effect. I like your version much better than the original.

It looks great...you’re like me, I can do “controlled” scrappy. I love mysteries but have only done one so far this year and must have missed that one. I’m saving up my energy for BH’s mystery. : )
