Default Anyone ever piece a shower curtain?

I've be been thinking it might be fun to make a pieced shower curtain. I'm assuming you would have a backing but no batting. Anyone done this? Would love to see pictures and get advise.

I made one using a panel and some blocks. I just used plain fabric on the back and did some hand quilting on it. I put a plastic shower liner behinf it and it works fine.

I did one one time just to see if I could piece with my serger. It turned out fine. No batting or even backing just the plastic liner.

I haven't made one yet, but could do one in my future. I like the idea of serging the seams in the blocks. I think I will probably make it out of cotton/polyester blends. The blends will hold shape better, will shrink very little and shouldn't need ironing after washing.

I made one 11 years ago when we moved into our new home. It's still hanging today. I use a standard vinyl liner. I think I have felt the need to wash it once or twice in all that time, but have gotten new liners now and again.

Just a bit of my shower curtain.

I made a Michigan State shower curtain a few years ago. I’m at work, might remember to snap a picture of it tomorrow. Turned out good. We have a clear plastic liner, then the cotton one

A Thimbleberries book has directions for one. I don't remember which book.
