I made this quilt from scraps left over from other projects.
After it was finished, it became one of my favorites.

Okay, I am so awed by all these beautiful quilts that I am going to try to post the first "quilt" I ever made, which was about 8 months ago. It IS a purple quilt, and I know I have been asking about purple quilts, but I don't really count this as a quilt because I just barely "quilted" it. I did try to stitch in the ditch around each block, but I didn't quilt any more than that. I realize now that that was a mistake.

Nevertheless, I do love the quilt, as do my two cat buddies. I mainly want to make a purple quilt now that is a REAL quilt.

So, again, thanks for all the wonderful quilts I have seen and gone to look at. Wonderful information, which I have bookmarked to look at over and over until I decide for sure what my real purple quilt will be.

my purple "quilt"...
