Does the stitch regulator work ok on that frame?

Hi, I purchased a Tracey Table from our quilt expo and all I have is the receipt from them.... have emailed them a couple times and no answer.... I am just a little worried that they haven't contacted me at all... it's been three weeks since my order.... can you tell me how your order experience went with them? I loved the tables at the show and can't wait to get mine... just a little disappointed in their customer service so far....

I upgraded my frame from a Little Gracie II to a Grace Majestic Frame. I found it on Craigslist and it is wonderful. The Little Gracie was fine but would only do a queen size and the Majestic will do a king. The Q'nique fits on either one.
