Keepsake Quilting Online Ordering Experience
There was a great bargain on their clearance section so I ordered the one item. I know they are a slow shipping store so I was prepared for that. The package arrived and it was the wrong item on a Saturday. I had to wait to call until Monday.
The lady on the phone was very sweet and kind. I did not start the conversation in an adversarial way. She apologized and said they would ship it out. She checked to see how much the wrong item cost. They must have some policy on that. It was only $20 and she said just to keep it.
When they sent the right item they sent it an option that did not take a whole week.
I know people make mistakes in shipping and I thought they handled in a very professional and customer friendly way.

I didn't realize they were still in business. They've been around a long time. I've been quilting since the 80's and I remember them then.
Thanks for sharing a good experience. We all need to know these things.

I ordered from that sale also....almost $50 worth of small amounts (under 1 yard ea) for my stash. Thought that some of the prints were incorrect, but when I compared my list to the packing slip, everything was correct. Overall, their company is pretty good about getting thing right.

They have always been kind, friendly, and helpful when I've called them. One time, I ran out of fabric I bought in person, called and gave directions to the bolt. They found it while I waited and mailed it right away. Very nice!
