I've also heard of people using fine tulle (not netting) instead of interfacing/fabric/dryer sheets.

I remember from several years ago, that one of the Wonder Under's would not sew well. It was totally meant to be ironed on. I looked it up and like what is said about the Pellon 805.

I love the pic of the quilt you want to make. I have so many scraps, this would be a good way to use some up. But firtst I have many other iron's in the fire. Good Luck with yours.

I am toting around a hand project called “O Happy Day” by Timna Tarr and I am doing exactly as feline fanatic posted...I only need 300 of these colorful little circles appliquéd onto 4 1/2” squares. I have a about 125 done.

I saw the circle and yo yo quilt. My firt quilt when i was 7 was a yo yo quilt. the finished size was about a 2" yo yo. it took awhile for me to make a twin sized one, but it was fun.
next question, on the top of the ornaments, what color do i use. I have a red metallic type of fabric, but i need something more neutral. do i go black or grey(silver looking)? I want it to be the same throughout. any advice on this one.

I'd go with silver, because I am hopelessly conventional. Except when I'm not.

i have a lot of conversationsl type of fabrics, or juvenile types. I love them, and don't want to cut them. i may make one of these type of quilts to use up those scraps. I have tons of it, and i only need a small piece. so maybe i'll do one like that too.
next question... i'm hand quilting it. how do i do it, what i mean is what design?
