I love Aurifil. I have never used it for quilting and will have to try that. I thought it was a little too thin for the look I wanted. I also appreciate the tip about where the best price is. I rarely use colors and stick with primarily gray, white and beige so should have no problems finding the colors I want.

It makes me feel so good to have fine and beautiful things and Aurifil fits into that category for me.

My favourite thread also & I also like Isacord thread for embroidery work on my machine. More $$ than some other brands but it shows in the quality of the stitches.

No I didn't. thanks for letting me know. I always piece with Aurafil and use it when doing sit down quilting.

I so agree--I love Aurifil thread. Would love to have all the colors is only to look at--lol.

https://www.massdrop.com/ Become a member and about every day a new buy pops up. I haven't ordered from there but I've heard some say it may take awhile to get your order. Some things you might find cheaper somewhere else.

Check out Green Fairy Quilts. They sell Aurifil & have sales every 2-3 months & free shipping over $10 in the US. That isn't hard to meet.
