I think the 2nd. one will be for a girl...not the same pattern. I just can't seem to get started on it. My mind is occupied with other things but I have to force myself to start that quilt. Once I start, it will be easier to keep going.

i agree with the bold colors it could be used for either.. maybe your selection of fabric for the second quilt will help you decide..but this one doesn;t say boy or girl exclusively at least to me
