I have an Artista 180 (similar machine) and it's great. I found another Artista 180 at an estate sale for $300 and bought it as a backup. I'm pretty sure they take different feet than the new ones, but they should be readily available. You might check the sold items on eBay to get an idea of what they are selling for now.
My original Artista has a problem with the screen. It has a big foggy spot in the center. My understanding is that some of the electronics/computer problems with these older computerized machines can't be readily fixed as the parts are no longer available.
