What a great deal - Glad they got it straightened out in the end.

If you have closet available, put the rod through the batting center and hang it. That way you can roll out what you need, when you need it.

I really don't go to Joanns that much any more just because of gas prices. I try and keep buying local like walmart and started to buy from the LQS. I have so much fabric right now I am not going to buy if I don't have to.

My local JoAnn's store doesn't seem to be able to count change even though the computer does it for them. I have had them to try and keep my change for a $20..."I though you gave me a $5". The manager accused me of saying I had given the larger bill. I try not to shop there very much these days.

Thanks for the warning. Joann's new store here is a great improvement over what it was. Still too much "stuff" and not enough quilting fabric.

I had a similiar problem. Took the last of a bold (6+yards) of bridal satin. For some reason the clerk put the ticket in as 6 yds, then a second entry of the 7/8 yards. So my 40% off coupon only rang on the 6yds not the full bolt. I didn't realize until a week later when I turned the receipt in to my school (I'm making stoles for graduation). NO idea why the clerk put one piece of fabric in as two entries. I'll be VERY careful next time!
When will they get their act together!?????

I have always been very happy with our Joanns store. The clerks always double check the receipt before I pay to make sure the coupons worked on the most expensive items. They have always gone out of their way to please their customers (at least they do that for me)!
