I guess I didn't make myself clear. She HAS NOT charged me. I just really wanted the things I ordered and I was wondering if I should start searching elsewhere. I didn't mean to insinuate that she was dishonest.

My guess would be that unless you are willing to wait for her to move and reopen before getting your fabric, and then hope she still has the same inventory, it would probably be better to start looking elsewhere. I sure hope you are able to get the fabric you want for your project!
