Default big flower whole cloth and FMQ

I've admired these on pinterest forever and finally found out that that the flower is a "panel" imagine my surprise!

So I bought two, one in black and white, and the other in blue ...

Design is pretty much laid out for the black and white

Beware, it's like eating potato chips. (Bet you can't quilt just one.) I quilted the violet one, and right away my daughter, who has been asking for a purple and green quilt, said that would be the perfect center for her queen quilt. So that's what I'm starting tomorrow. I bought another violet panel, tons of purple and green fabrics, and came up with a design that I think she will like. And I have about a dozen of the panels, in various colors, just waiting for inspiration, and time.

Looks good. I like the patterns you have chosen and look forward to seeing the finished project.
I am almost finished my first one, the dark turquoise and purple. All feathers in the petals and lots of metallic threads. I have two more of the panels in the pastels.

I'm going to try and keep this one fairly simple ... hahahaha ... I will quilt it with grey thread ... the blue one that I bought will be the more "fancy" one ... I'm going to do that one all in feathers and with fancy threads!
