Welcome on board! Maybe a little dog instead of a cat? I sure love mine. He too likes to pretest everything and he doesn't jump on the ironing board and knot the iron over. He is as soft and does not shed!
The proud owner of the other kind.

Holy Cow. I've been here for several years and haven't learned all of that. Maybe I need to start spending even MORE time on this site??

All of your comments make my day EVERY DAY when we exchange ideas and information. I especially appreciate those who have shared their life's experiences, even when it is not easy to do so. We are a family with similiar interests and problems.

for the cat, go to Petfinder.com. People get all kinds (some purebreds) and give them up. Price is very reasonable, they have shots and are spayed or neutered - also, usually they are very grateful to have a home!

I LOVE it here. Waiting on my fabric to come in the mail. I can't wait to get started. I'm sure I will need help and I know just where to go.
