Love the thoughts. I agree. We learn so much and I'm in stash, sewing room, and long arm envy also. :)

Me too (the longarm I mean. Got the cat, dog and quilt room).

Just got the cat myself, after being 6 months without one. New name is Sugar Ray (like the boxer). He was an unfixed tom and a big ginger sweetie, not the brightest candle in the room, but a love. He even is taking his antibiotic in chunks of cheese (IT'S FOOD), he's 13 3/4 lb.

Don't and won't have the room, exactly, tho if we cleaned out the study, dumped the books and the old tax records....

The long arm...no room for that but maybe a sitdown short arm? The Atlanta Quilt show is coming, I think I'll test drive a few things. Why not, it's only money, hah.

It doesn't matter how well you know (or think you know) a technique, there is usually a myriad of variations on a theme on the QB. I have certainly gotten more confidence.

I love it too, but have learned really quickly NOT to look at the classified section! Talk about learning self discipline in your old age! All the help is wonderful and the tutorials are fantastic. Feels like I have a whole family of sisters...just what I always dreamed of when I got only brothers.

No cats here, just dragons and nightly wishes for a longarm! :) Keep going, no matter how good we all think we are, there is always something to learn :)
