Default Board Method Basting w/Spray?

I did a search, but there were way too many options... Not sure if anyone has addressed this before, so I thought I'd ask!

I don't mind spray basting at all, but I can't really find a good way to do it on a big quilt. So I thought I'd try "the board method" along with spray... has anyone tried this yet? I'm sure it would work great with a small project, but I don't have any small projects (actually, I could just spray baste a small one on the table, so I'm specifically looking for tips on a large quilt!) and so I thought I'd check and see if someone else has tried this and if they liked it or not. Pros and cons, etc, etc.

Thanks!!

(For those that have never seen it, here are the links to her 2 part video

Yep, it absolutely works.
You couldn't pay me to do hand basting. Ever. ;-)
If you can't work on the floor, or don't have access to a table surface big enough to lay the quilt out, you can most definitely use the board method in conjunction with spray basting.

I would suggest if you're working on a really large quilt, you have someone hanging around just to help turn the boards. It will go much more smoothly.

I will give it a go, then. I didn't want to waste my time and money on trying it first lol! I get frustrated so easily these days
Any "watch out for"'s that I need to know before I try it?

I did the combo of boards and basting spray on my last good size quilt. I pin basted the borders and it worked really great. You do need to be able to get to both sides of the tables though.
