Default Bobbin Winder on Singer 27 Electrified

Here is a Singer 17 that is 113 years old. It is a 27-4 which is a treadle machine but someone electrified it. Now the problem is how would you wind the bobbin on this machine. There is no place to put another belt. Would you have to wind the bobbin by taking the belt off the motor and putting it on the bobbin winder and then winding it by hand? I am perplexed. Does anyone have a solution.

Somewhere on the internet someone posted a picture of their resolution. They removed the belt off of the motor and placed a second belt onto the bobbin winder and onto the motor.

Do you remember how they got the flywheel to turn. We have tried moving the belt from the flywheel to the bobbin winder but then the flywheel does not turn.

you don't need the flywheel to turn to wind the bobbin.
