    Hmmm, lets see, to continue the confusion, I'd go with any of those light pastels for the thin inner border then the larger print. Love the quilt.

    Thanks everyone! although it does seem like I'd be more confused (lol) I think I will audition a few other solids but ultimately will likely go with the narrow dark brown (seems to finish off the pattern of the sashing nicely) and then the print or nothing.

    Do you have enough of the pink to use it as the boarder? I would make a narrow border from the dark brown to frame the centre, then use pink for the border. IMHO the brown is too dark to be wide and would take away from your centre.

    I love the design of your quilt. I think I would put either a narrow pink or a narrow dark brown before I used the print. It is so nicely done.

    I like the brown strip and then the printed brown. The plain colors are just too boring.
