Beautiful quilt.I would use the paisly print if you have enough. If not any blue that is in the paisley.
Here's a designer trick. If you cannot match a color exactly use 3 in that color and it will look like it is matched. As you already have a nice selection of blues, any blue will work.
Your niece will love it.

Nice quilt. I used that same blue paisley. Take the quilt to your fav LQS and pick something slightlly darker than the dark blue background. Don't try to match it. A darker blue will really make the quilt pop.
