I am going to my favorite store tomorrow, so happy about that, great prices. Think I will stock up more than usual, one can't be too careful these days ya know :)
Then I am off to St Louie for a visit, and planning on stopping in at the "quilted fox"! I won't pay those prices either, too expensive for me!

Wish we could buy good fabric for $8-9, they start at around the $13 mark for better quality fabric in Australia in our national craft chain store, more at the specialised quilt shops. Was so happy when I found quiltshops.com. Can anyone recommend any other online site? So glad I have a stash too.

It's on the way to Ellsworth, but it's in Brewer. It's the original Marden's and the other's are her babies. LOL. We also have one in Lincoln, but there is no fabric section. Every once in a while though they'll have several huge boxes of fabric show up and if you're willing to dig thru them you can find some jewels! I'll have to check out the Waterville Marden's my next trip thru. Where is it in Waterville??

Great comment...that what I'm going to do! There are some real creative people here on the Board and I'm sure they will come up with all kinds of ideas to keep on quilting!

I have just about given up on my LQS. I buy mainly online where I can look for bargains (in my pajamas).
