I buy from them alot and have NEVER had an issue. I love when they have their thread and batting sales!!!!!!!!!!!
I wouldn't think twice about it, or at least that is my experience.

So affordable and nice, nice quality merchandise. Love the thread, cottons, batiks and flannels. Customer service is outstanding. You just cannot go wrong with the Company!

I've ordered from them several times. Good service and good fabric. All five of my machines love their thread--I just have to be sure to clean out the bobbin area about every third or fourth bobbin change.

I love their fabric. From what I understand, they manufacture and sell their own fabric right here is the USA, so once a line is all sold out, they do not make any more, make sure you buy enough at the beginning.

I have bought fabric from then and been very happy with it. I have one kit I bought, if I can just remember where I put it! I looked on their site today, since it's an older kit, it's not on there. I bought the backing of the quilt the kit makes on a separate purchase. I found that! Now,,,where did I put that kit?? I love their stuff!
