I learned about lots of different online fabric stores by doing shop hops, such as this one:

http://www.fabshophop.com/

I don't do it anymore, but it was a fun learning curve!

I like Whittles too, 5.00 shipping, and Fabric Shack they have 1/2 price shipping.

I primarily go to Thousands of Bolts (great prices) or Fabric.com.

GingerK......that's how I found some interesting shops myself, Connecting Threads is always reasonable, pretty easy to spend 50 bucks for the "free" shipping

I buy from Craftsy, Connecting Threads, Missouri Quilts, Nancy Zimmerman and from Joann's Clearance (type clearance in their search box). I usually buy only when Craftsy has a seasonal "special sales". Big Lots here in Florida was selling mini Jelly Rolls for $7.95 in their craft sections, and Tuesday Mornings Store Clearance Sale.

MSQ is my number one. As Willferg said about the shops on the hop, I have won a lot of $10.00 cert. All the shops carry different fabric. I spend my time looking at all the pretties.

I have purchased many, many yards of fabric right from people on this board. I have never been disappointed with my purchases. This board is wonderful!

Connecting Threads, Fabric Shack, Keepsake Quilting, Hancock of Puducah, Missouri Star Quilt Co. all have sales and all have given me good customer service. Especially Connecting Threads and Missouri Star Quilt Co! Joanne's on line is not my choice/favorite.
