I have actual uniform scraps from Warriors that discard their uniforms here in Afghanistan that I am making a quilt out of. I could send you some ACU/ABU camouflage scraps if you are making blocks no bigger than six inches. I do not have yardage but you can make a lot of something with the scrapps that I have. It may be kind of cool to have scraps made from uniforms we actually have worn.

FabricClub.com usually has camo fabrice as well as Fabric.com and Handcock's as well.

Marshall's Dry goods has camo-type fabric (Mossy Oak, Real Tree, etc) for the outdoors type. My sons want quilts from this too:

I found camouflage fabric for my BIL at Walmart. it's actually very nice fabric.
