I'll give you a couple of ideas. First- sashing, between the blocks, Second-
how about a piano key border around? that would be fun, you could even miter the corners, for a more visual effect,
how about a 9 patch border, with the three fabrics in the middle going the length of the blocks. The possibilities are endless!!

I think if you used them in individual projects, the magic 9 patch hot pad would work with a lot, if not all of them. There are some really nice blocks in that group and with the hot pad, it doesn't really matter what size it started out. Otherwise, I liked the wonky block idea.

I would do as dublb. Add borders to each and square them up from there. If you are not truly happy with the finished quilt it would be loved as a charity quilt.

I also wouldn't use the dark one for anything but a pillow unless you make blocks to match it.- J

WOW I had an off the wall idea - what if you cut the blocks into pieces and then randomly sewed pieces together? Kind of like a d9p type of an idea? You'd need a solid to help make up where the pieces don't match in size?
