Can you tell me about QE and how much different /better is QE 7 from QE 6?

I just upgraded to EQ7 and was amazed how easy it was to scan and import my own fabrics to design with. Came in handy because our guild had an ugly fabric challenge. I scanned in the fabrics I ended up with and it made it easier to come up with a plan.
