The overall look of the fabric is darker and bold. That is the reason so many folks are saying the top one. It has a deeper color. But, as has been said so many times before - audition them. Lay them on a bed or on a design wall and note which one pulls you to it every time you enter the room. If you want to use the lighter fabric, you may consider adding it into a border, perhaps a small one between the top and a very dark outer border. But, again, audition it.

Most definitely the teal - brings out the richness in the fabric which is gorgeous!
