Default Can't recall title; dachshund quilt for kids

I've been googling and searching my library catalog but can't find what I'm looking for. It's a book I've even checked out a few times, but I don't remember the title! It has a lot of patterns for children's quilts, and one I thought was adorable (which, I believe ,is on the front cover??) is a brown "hot dog" (dachshund) on a blue background. It's all squares. In fact, "square" might be in the title. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? I'm ready to make that quilt for charity now and need help with the title of the book.

I think you mean the "Dare To Be Square" book that has the hot dog quilt inside. The cover is an owl. Here it is on Amazon:
http://www.amazon.com/Dare-Square-Qu...dp/0307462366/

If you "look inside" that book, you will find the hot dog quilt.

Edit: Or maybe not. But this website shows the hot dog on blue background quilt in that book:

I should not read these and click on the links. I just ordered the book and will be making an owl quilt soon.

Yeah, I shouldn't read these and click on the links either! I ordered the "It's Raining Cats and Dogs" book that showed up on the bottom of the Amazon.com page as a suggestion. My niece just got a new puppy and that quilt on the cover would be perfect for my little great-niece!!

Debbie, I loved the same one you did. I have seen the cutest weannie dog patterns on e bay lately with a Christmas theme I have been considering making. I love these little dogs.

My neighbor used to have a tiny stuffed one a friend made her that I would love to have the pattern for.
