My 8 yo insisted on making her own doll quilts after grandma gave her one for Christmas. Every Teddy Bear and doll has their own and get tucked into her bed or the doll bed nightly before we tuck her in. Only rarely will she allow dad or myself to tuck in her animals by request of course.

I caught her last night in her room with her American Girl doll holding a small teddy bear wrapped in a fat quarter she had snagged from my fabric stash. Was the cutest sight ever so I just pretended I didn't notice my fabric.

Cute stories! My daughters' toys are very vocal about their bed coverings. It is not at all unusual for them to jump into each other's beds if they take a fancy to a new bed cover. My daughters are really challenged trying to make them all play fair. Coping with all those furry feelings is a big job.
