allpeoplequilt.com has a good set of directions though they call it the Roll it Up pillow case. It is the same as the burrito.

There are a few ideas on www.sewingrepublic.com See the tab marked project ideas. I made a few of the rice bag hand warmers. The sachet bags look interesting and quick and easy as well.
