I did a somewhat scrappy Christmas leymone star quilt that I use as a table topper during the season. I use it on the coffee table in my LR. Happy coincidence that it just hangs over the edge by about 1.5" so makes a great top/centerpiece for the holidays.

No help with the pattern as it was in a book I borrowed from the library a number of years ago. If you are interested, PM me and when I dig out the Christmas decorations I can take a photo for you.

Thank you - Your post about the Lemoyne star led me to check out Pinterest for star quilts and I found a few Christmas scrappy star quilts for inspiration.

Thank you - That should use up some fabric.

Since I have a habit of buying Christmas fabric just because I like it, I have over 250 different fabrics. What I did was cut 2 - 6in. squares of each one and made the patchwork quilt. It was fun, it was quick, and I get to see the various fabrics.

I'm collecting red and green fabrics to do a Christmas Log Cabin. I saw a picture on Pinterest that inspired me.

Some of Bonnie Hunter's scrap quilt patterns (quiltville.com) work well in Christmas fabrics. I made a Roll Roll Cotton Boll in reds, greens, and neutrals that looks good.

I made a crazy quilt with Christmas fabric and just love it. My friend made one with the decorative stitching on the seams and it is just beautiful.

I made a house quilt with christmas charm squares. Just snowballed the top corners, put 2-3 in a row and interspaced with a solid white. Sashing in between the rows, and in the blank spaces I quilted trees. It was really simple.
