Yes, I've ordered from Clotilde many times including just recently. Their customer service is great. Returns & exchanges go through with no problems. I'm waiting for an order at the moment. My only complaint with them is that they charge sales tax cause they are in the state in which I live.......lolol!!!!

Have not ordered from them yet. Do you know if they take Paypal ? I am one of those "careful" folks and won't give my credit card #. Suppose I could always order over the phone or even through the mail giving a check.

Lanny
I'm with Lanny...no other complaints except for shipping charges. I weighed them when received, and the three patterns I ordered would have cost me a little over $1 to mail on my own but I was charged 6.95. So many others offer free shipping.

Yes, many times. The fabric I purchased was just right and I have bought other supplies, too. No problem with them.
