The dark one for sure!
And if by chance you have more of the border fabric .... it would be perfect as well, if you cut it on the bias.

I usually prefer to go darker on the binding. It seems to get dirty easier.

I normally always use a darker one if I am not using the border fabric for the binding. GOOD LUCK !!! :lol:
