Corduroy - How do you use it?
#55
My first quilt was entirely made from corduroy, front and back. It is HEAVY, but very warm. I'd probably do just one or the other (front or back) with corduroy next time, so it wasn't quite so heavy.
Here's a link to my quilt http://kristaquilts.blogspot.com/2011/10/quillow.html

Great Idea. Another thought is that people use denim in quilts and table runners or hope chest tops so why not corduroy?

I made a corduroy and denim quilt for a friend 25 years ago. He has it dry cleaned once a year and its still his favorite quilt. Just be generous with the seams becasue corduroy frays easily, with washing the seams will pull loose faster than other fabrics.
