Marcia Kaylakie, crazy quilt expert, is the speaker at The Woodlands Area Quilt Guild 6:30 to 9:00 on Wednesday, May4 -- Community Center (next to the Library which is next to the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pav.), 2235 Lake Robbins at Grogans Mill (crosses Woodlands Parkway which intersects I45) -- guests are welcome

I love the old fashion type of crazy quilts. I have never done one like yours because I cannot afford the silk or velvet fabric. My budget leans towards cotton. As far as the other skills to do the embroidery I have been doing this since I was 7 or 8 years old. One day I will save my money and buy the fabrics for a crazy quilt. Keep up the beautiful work.
