    Default Cricut Easy Press 2

Has anyone used the Cricut Easy Press 2 for fusing interfacing? I am considering buying one but wondering if it works any better than a regular iron.

I have one but have not used it for interfacing. I would think that if you could determine what the optimal temperature for fusing would be, the fact that you control the temperature by degrees could make it helpful. This said, most of the fusible products I have used instruct you to use steam, and that is something the easy press does not do.

Yes! I have a Cricut Easy Press 2 and I have used it for interfacing. I have the large Easy Press 2 and I used it for putting interfacing on the backs of T-shirts for a T-shirt quilt. Worked great! Consistent coverage because of the weight and size. I was sure to use a pressing cloth on top of the interfacing. I have (embarrasingly) made the mistake of putting the interfacing glue side up too many times.

Let us know how it works for you!
