If your machine is still under warrantee your best bet is to contact your dealer or the retailer you bought it from to make sure you won't void the warrantee by attempting to do it yourself. They may even walk you through it. If the machine is out of warrantee, and you want to attempt to set the timing yourself you can google "setting timing on a longarm" and view the numerous You Tube videos. It isn't terribly difficult to do. First time I did it took a couple of hours but now I can retime my machine in about 30 minutes. You only need a screwdriver and in my case a magnifying glass and really good lighting.

I believe the Crown Jewel is made by Handiquilter. It takes special tools to adjust the timing. I would take it to a dealer. I have had to do that twice to mine. It is sort of a pain and other machines make it easier.
