Yes. I made a beautiful Hunters Star with her ruler. Would never have done it without her ruler. And have the Storm at Sea ruler ready to go. Love her rulers.

I own several of her template rulers. My quilts come out almost perfectly...is anything really perfect?? I don't hesitate on spending the money for one of her items because I know it means I'll still have all my hair the next day!!

I have the Wing Clipper and like it a lot. My problem is forgetting what I have when I'm doing a project. I haven't used it much simply because I forget.
I'm going to watch some of her videos. Thanks for the post.

I used plastic sleeves to keep all my ruler instructions safe then keep them in a binder. In the front of the binder I made a list of all the available tools and checked off the ones I have. I also am lucky enough to have the wall space and I use them so much, we used the removable hooks and hung them up. They all now grace one of the walls in one of our sewing rooms.

Her approach is to make a unit a bit larger than needed with accurate angles, etc and then trim to the exact size. With her tools, the units are the right size, and points are always a quarter inch from the edge. Here is a link to her YouTube channel: https://m.youtube.com/channel/UC4GEmZMCX5FDYRXZcEYnFWg

Thanks. I did watch some videos over the weekend and found them interesting. Might have to check some out.

Does she have a store or is it all online orders?

Some quilt shops sell Studio 180 tools and technique sheets.

The 6th quilt I ever made was a 96x96 Hunter's Star using Deb's ruler. I now own pretty much all of her rulers...

I love, love, love Deb Tucker's rulers!!! I have a lot of them and they are great. Although I do not much care for having to trim everything down, I do like how everything is perfect after doing so and everything goes together seamlessly. I also have that Magic Squares quilt pattern (have had it for a couple years now) - one day I will have to actually make it. Also, a friend and I are going on a quilting cruise in April through Stitchin Heaven that is called Deb Tucker & Friends. There will be 3 classes taught - 2 w/Deb Tucker instructors and one with Deb Tucker herself. Should be a great time!!!

That sounds like so much fun. Hope she does a “land” cruise type some time. I am afraid of water and would never want to go on a cruise. Have a great time and learn a lot!!!

Add another person to the Deb Tucker Ruler fan club! I have most of them, and most of the technique sheets. I use EQ to design my quilts (inspiration from Pinterest mostly) and I am always figuring out how to make the blocks using my Tucker rulers. I now have the precision and confidence to attempt much more difficult patterns and designs. I love them!
