Did anyone get the Christmas tree pattern from McCalls?

The pic of the was tree shown on the old board. We were given a name to e mail at McCalls & said the pattern would be sent by regular mail, with a small invoice.
I did that, but have never received either the pattern or anymore contact from McCalls.
Have you heard from them or received the pattern? Sorry I don't remember the name of the PP tree.

It was jeweled forest. I emailed them several times with no response but then I emailed again and asked for help in getting it as I wasn't getting a response. That email generated a response. The lady who responded said she was swamped with requests and will be sending them all out soon.

Is it Jeweled Forest from the holiday issue of mc calls quilting december 2009. It is a pattern with 12 pp trees and a beautiful pp border. A friend of mine was making one at our quilt weekend, so another friends lent me her magazine, I am just starting it and wasting too much time looking at my batiks to see which ones to use...sometimes kits are easier the decision is made..

I got e mail yesterday or the day before, asking for an address to which to send the pattern, so they must be making some progress on the backlog.
I arise in the morning torn between a desire to improve the world and a desire to enjoy the world. This makes it hard to plan the day.

No, sorry. Copying pages from books or magazines and sending them to someone else is copyright infringement and is not legal.

Please no more requests for jeweled forest patterns via email or snail mail. I have checked with the moderator and it is illegal for me to post or copy the pattern from 2009 McCalls quilting magazine holiday issue. I have received numerous pm's but i cannot put myself in that position. Again I am very sorry and should have pm'd the moderator before making anyone any promises.

Thanks all. You have good memories.Looks like we'll need to wait on McCalls to get the pattern sent to those who wrote them about it. Thanks again, it's just as pretty as I remember.

Gratefully a friend gave me her copy ... thanks Vickie!

We created such a buzz here that a set of magazines on ebay, that included that particular copy, sold for big bucks! I think there were 12 magazine issues and they sold for over $34 ... crazy. The seller must have been stunned, LOL.
