I have oodles of 9 P , where can I find tute for the D9P?

They are super easy. You don't need a specific tute.

You make as many 9-patches as you need for your top like this:


Then you cut the block in half equally horizontally and vertically:



Then you have 4 equal pieces. Piece 1 is top left. Piece 2 is top right. Piece 3 is bottom left. And piece 4 is bottom right. WITHOUT TURNING THEM, swap pieces 1 and 4 or pieces 2 and 3, as long as it's the same 2 pieces in every block. It will look like this:



Then you just stitch them together:
