I haven't taken pictures yet but will consider it.
My guest bathroom in done in a "hawaiian" theme atmosphere. Lots of pictures of our visit to Maui, fish nets, shells, bamboo wall covering, hula salt & pepper shakers, etc. But I took a recent class making a underwater scene quilted wall hanging with lots of embellishments. Had a blast and everyone's quilt came out different and amazing. we had so much fun learning new techniques, etc...
I will try to get a decent picture to download for you all to enjoy. I've had lots of comments and two requests to have one made for thier homes. Silly people this is something for them to do not have me make them one.
After this class, I think quilts belong all over the home.

I have 3 wall hangings in my bathroom. Will put more in there when I get a chance. My friend retextured my walls and they are so pretty that I didn't want to mess up my walls so I decides that I would just put something in there that didn't require much to hang up. I have one picture in there, it's a picture on a cat sitting on a pile of quilts.

I still have a husband and two sons at home. nothing in the bathroom HASN'T been peed on, therefore NO I am not going to take the time out of my life to make something quilted for the bathroom for everyone else to enjoy while the boys find a way to pee half way to heaven in the middle of the night!

Oh no! Now I'm thinking that I need to make an "out-house" wall hanging for my bathroom. I just felt the gears start turning in my head. I hate it when I get an idea right before bedtime. Now I will spend hours finding patterns, etc. Ain't it grand? :-)
