I find that I do not do as much in the summer, between the yard work, flowers, vegetable garden and pool I spend a lot more time outside. I have not been in mine in about a month, but it is waiting for me when I am ready.

It' summer in Minnesota, it doesn't last long, so get outside as much as possible, I was thinking of setting a portable table up outside and doing some sewing and then I remembered the mesquitoes! LOL

I'm hoping to set a goal of 4 hours a week during the summer. I have a lot of UFO's and I want to get them finished up. Plus my guild is having a quilt show next spring so I need to work on some things for that.

As hot as it has been here, I spend a lot of time inside trying to stay cool. No rain in sight just hot temps and high humidity.

I'm a teacher too, and it's hot where I live so I do more quilting and sewing in the summer. Well, our pool is almost finished so I may be spending a little more time outside this summer.

I spend a lot of time outside in the summer, but my sewing room is in the basement, and therefore the coolest spot in the house, so when I'm inside, that's where I head to!

I sew and quilt more in the Summer as its too danged hot to be outside for very long in central Texas. Its still Spring and already we've had temperatures of 100+ and broken many heat records.

I quilt all year around. I love gardening so take time for that and spending time with friends.

It doesn't change much for me except maybe more sewing in the summer. I don't like the heat and I have hay fever.
