I am looking for help with the loading of programs to do embroidery. I unfortunately erased everything in my folders, I can't figure out if they are just lost or if they died and gone to heaven. I bought this machine from a friend who's sister had passed away. It came to me with a giga hoop but no A or B hoop so I have purchased those. I am also trying to find out how to get a copy of the CD that came with the machine. I do have all the instruction books. I am still lost and I want to take a new BOM called Embroider A BOM. If anyone knows how to solve my problem please help. Thank you, Julianne

Go to a Janome dealer and tell him what you need. Just bet he can fix you right up.
Also go to the Janome website...lots of info there also.

I did a search for "Janome 10000" and these topics came up: http://www.quiltingboard.com/search....e+10000&u=&s=0

I didn't look in any of them, but hopefully there's something in one of them that will help.

You will love that machine. I had one for 6 years before changing. Any Janome dealer should be able to help you with issues. Also the Janome website has a lot of info.
