Very much like the block, would love to recreate it. Looks paper pieced, very unique.

It looks like the Square in a Square star block or the feathered star without the feathers. These are block patterns in the EQ6 program. Or (LOL) it is almost the Album Star. well in other words good luck its a cutie. :hunf: :oops: :shock: :roll:
