    looks sort of like a modified dresden and GFG combined. I can't tell if it's appliqued-It might even be foundation pieced, with the center appliqued-cute though!

    Not sure because the outside points are not even. It looks like an octagon with Peter Rabbit either embroidered or appliqued on top. The points you could create yourself, and make them even so they have better symmetry.
