It is such a cute pattern, but unfortunately my google-fu couldn't help you :/ The best I could come up with was a dresden plate style flower, which isn't quite what you were wanting.

It is a beauty...doesn't look really hard to replicate. Bit like a dahlia pattern.

Very pretty quilt. You could draw your own sunflowers and applique them. I would probably make each sunflower a little different instead of all the same. (Mistakes don't show as much that way. LOL)

That pattern looks like one I've seen in one of my books,but my books are in the bedroom and my DH is in bed sleeping.I'll look tomorrow morning
