Happy Birthday to you. I remember when I turned 64! It was the year before I turned 65 and thought that for the rest of my life I could live a slower, more relaxed life, let the "elfies" scrub the kitchen floor, throw a few loads in the machine, sweep the side walk! Au Contraire! Since I turned 64 which was 8 years ago, I found that there are less "elfies", more dirt and less time! But, I am having a ball! Oh yah, and you will notice that for some unknown reason, the days are shorter and the time goes ever so much faster. Cherish your years, get done what you have to and enjoy. Happy Birthday! Edie

Happy Birthday! Yes, you've got the great beginnings of a stash. Just keep adding to it. By the time you retire, you won't know where to start first.

Happy Birthday. I turn 65 next month and I retired 3 years ago. I find I'm busier now than when I worked every day. You're going to love retirement. Would love to see pics of what you bought at WM. How much did you spend, if I'm not boing too nosy?

Will need help with some BRIGHT colors I brought. Will post when I can get a picture.
Today I turned 64. Can't wait until next year when I retire to devote time to quilting. Will continue to buy fabric for next year.
Love the quilting board. I am learning so much.
Did they discount the fabric at all to get rid of it? I have two Walmarts by me and one is supposedly getting rid of it in April. The other I haven't been to in awhile.
