Read the article posted above yours. Donate it to those people in the Nursing Home who do not have enough clothing to keep them warm!

I think this is really nice! If you truly don't like it, donate it -- I guarantee that someone will love it!

you could ask at one of the church's in your area, I am sure they would know someone that would be glad to take it and finish it and make sure it gets a good home. I personally think it is very lovely

Our local hospital makes quilts for patients ... they even have a longarm machine so they can do the whole thing ... maybe there is a hospital that could use it.

I think it's very pretty and I'm sure someone will just love it. I see that you already found someone to quilt it for you and the person will donate it to charity. That is very kind of you, and i'm sure the person who gets it will be just thrilled with it.

Thanks to KSellers who will be long arming the quilt & donating it to charity. The generosity of the people are another reason I love this board. Have a great day Susansomethings.

I would suggest either donating it to a local quilt guild or using it as a backing for another quilt that you will be giving away.

I think it is very pretty. What I did with mine was used it to practice FMQ. It was hanging over the back of a chair and my nephew walked in and loved it. Guess what he got for a Christmas present. Sometimes guys like different quilts than we girls do.
