I agree with your mom - I like the smaller ones better. I think it gives it more of a 3 dimensional feel than the larger ones. But not compared to each other, either way is fine - what YOU like best!

So do I. I really like the smaller centers. The idea of mixing both -- especially if they're already made -- would be different. After all, it's YOUR quilt.

hmmmm, smaller ones do give it more depth. but the larger ones are fine too.

I really like the small centers. Are you sure you want to go to all the trouble of making changes? I think your original looks fantastic.
